Please book your train or plane tickets to Lyon. We ask that you plan to arrive on Tuesday to be at the Convention Center by 12:00 pm (except for the Sales Managers). There will be shuttles departing from Lyon Part Dieu at 11:00 to 12:00 to take you to the Centre des Congrès. There will also be shuttles to and from the Centre des Congrès, the venue and the hotels.

SHUTTLES

Tuesday January 21
  • At 9:15 and then from 11:00 to 12:00 pm: From Part Dieu station to the Convention Center: 2 buses in rotation. Meeting point Villette / Villeurbanne exit, cross the streetcar tracks, the bus will be in the “bus” parking lot.
  • 7:00 pm: From the Convention Center to the hotels (B&B / Appart City / Ibis / Hôtel des Congrès) for check-in. Other hotels are within walking distance of the Convention Center. 
  • 8:00 pm: From the hotels to the Terrasses du Parc where the Party will take place (Meeting point in front of Appart City - 157 Grande Rue de St Clair, 69300 Caluire-et-Cuire). The Hotel des Congrès is a 3 minutes  walk to the party. 
  • 8:00 pm: From the hotels in the Cité Internationale by the Convention Center to the Terrasses du Parc where the Party will take place (Meeting point in front of the bear statue). 
  • 10:00 pm to 1:00 am: From the Terrasses du Parc to all hotels (2 buses in rotation). 
Wednesday January 22
  • 8:15 am - 8:30 am - 8:45 am: Departure from hotels (B&B / Appart City / Ibis / Hôtel des Congrès) to the Convention Center. 
  • 10:00 pm to 1:00 am: From the Convention Center to all hotels (2 buses in rotation). 
Thursday January 23
  • 8:30 am: From the Convention Center and hotels to Cegid Vaise (3 Rendez-vous : In front of the Bear statue in front of the Centre des Congrès, in front of the Appartcity Hôtel (for those staying at Ibis, B&B and Appartcity) and in front of the Hôtel des Congrès.
