Our Sales Kick Off in January will bring together all the sales teams from all our organizations, including the ILA teams. This will be an opportunity to share our objectives and strategy together, and in particular the impact of AI on our businesses. 
Your commitment, our alignment, the perfect implementation of our operating model and the improvement of our Sales Performance will be key to achieving our ambitions. 
Faster, Higher, Stronger - Together: a punch line that perfectly illustrates the dynamic that will be ours during this Olympic year!

Hotel 
We have booked some rooms close to the Congress Center. Please specify in the registration form if you wish to take one. There are also apartments for 2 people. Please specify in the registration form the person with whom you wish to share this accommodation (having previously validated this with him/her).

Transportation 
Please book your train or plane ticket to Lyon. We ask you to plan an arrival on Tuesday morning to be at 12:30 am at the Congress Center except for the international attendees and the managers (who will start the Sales Kick Off on Tuesday morning).

We plan to run shuttles from Lyon Part Dieu on a 11:00 and 12:00 rotation to take you to the Convention Center. 
There will also be shuttles to and from the Centre des Congres, the venue and the hotels on Tuesday evening, Wednesday morning, Wednesday evening and Thursday morning.

  • From 11:15 to 12:00: From Part Dieu station to Centre des Congres: 2 buses in rotation. RDV Exit Villette / Villeurbanne, cross the streetcar tracks, the bus will be in the "bus" parking lot. 
  • 7:00 pm: From the Centre de Congrès to the hotels (B&B / Appart City / Ibis) to check in. Other hotels are within walking distance of the Convention Center.
  • 7:30 pm: From the hotels to the Terrasses du Parc where the party will take place: 2 meeting points: Entrance to the Convention Center (in front of the big bear) or in front of Appart City (157 Grande Rue de St Clair, 69300 Caluire-et-Cuire). 
  • From 10:00 p.m. to 1:00 a.m.: From the Terrasses du Parc to all hotels: every 30 minutes.
