Usefull information about your trip

I register

Hotel

You have to book your rooms for you in the hotel next to Cegid for the nights before, during and after the seminar (the hotels NEXT TO CEGID VAISE are Lyon Ouest or Park Saône). Do it on Notilus or make a expense report.

Transportation

We thank you for booking your train or flight tickets and for making an expense report.
Please refer to the shuttle schedules between the Part Dieu train station, Cegid and the seminar venue (round trip).

Hotel

Please plan to arrive on the morning of July 2^nd. We will take care of booking your room for the night of July 2^nd to 3^rd in the hotel next to the seminar venue. Please confirm that you wish to use this room when you complete the registration form.

(If you live too far away to arrive the same morning, book your room for Monday night at the Hotel Lyon Ouest by Notilus or make an expense report).

Transportation

We thank you for booking your train or plane tickets and for making an expense report. If possible, plan to arrive in Lyon by at the latest 9:00 am on Tuesday, July 2^nd.

We're sorry, but no accommodation is arranged for people who live in or around Lyon.

Transportation

By the shuttles which will take you from Cegid to the venue on the Tuesday morning and back on the Tuesday night (same for the Wednesday)
By car: 10 minutes drive from Cegid. There is a parking lot at Village by CA - Centre Est.
Bus : Line 61 from Gare de Vaise, to Lissieu - Montluzin. Stop Champfleury and walk for 6 minutes to Village by CA (16 minutes)

Location Village by CA

Built by the Pila family in 1902, with the idea to build a "Grande Maison". It is a 20th-century bourgeois home nestled in a century-old park, home to over 900 trees that supplied the Parc de la Tête d'Or in rare tree species. On the strength of his many international business trips, Mr. Ulysse Pila decorated the park with objects from Indochina and the Far East.
