Dear Cegid marketing community, Here comes the time to meet again! Your managers and I will be very happy to host all of you during our annual workshop. Over the course of the 2 days we will spend together, we will learn, share & imagine… and have fun too! We will regroup around our plan ‘2026 Forward’, discuss current work, update on the trends, and will also celebrate both the arrival of our new colleagues and the tremendous work that our marketing team has been delivering over the years. Please register to the meeting & your three preferred breakout sessions. We look forward to seeing you at ‘the Chateau’!

You come from abroad 

Hotel 
We have booked rooms for you in the hotel next to Cegid for the nights of July 11th to 12th. Please confirm that you wish to use this room when you complete the registration form. 
If you need your room a night before or the night after, please contact the hotel, we will be able to provide you with the contact details as soon as you have registered.

Transportation 
  • We thank you for booking your train or plane tickets and for making an expense report. 
  • We will inform you soon about the shuttle schedules between the Part dieu train station, Cegid and the seminar venue (round trip)

You live in France
(except Lyon) 

Hotel 
Please plan to arrive on the morning of July 11th. We will take care of booking your room for the night of July 11th to 12th in one of the two hotels next to the seminar venue (10 minutes walk). Please confirm that you wish to use this room when you complete the registration form.
We will be able to provide you with the contact details of your hotel as soon as you have registered.
(If you live too far away to arrive the same morning, book your room for Monday night and make an expense report if necessary).

 Transportation 
  • We thank you for booking your train or plane tickets and for making an expense report. If possible, plan to arrive in Lyon by 8:00 am on Tuesday, July 11th.

  • By car: 20 minutes drive. There is a parking lot at Chateau de Sans Soucis 
  • Bus : Line 10 from Gare de Vaise, direction Porte de Lyon (Dardilly). Stop Chateau de Sans Soucis (14 minutes)
